• PDF (Preferred): The industry standard for printing. Ensure your file is high resolution, fonts are embedded, and it is saved in CMYK mode.
• TIFF: Great for detailed graphics. Ensure it's saved without compression to maintain quality.
• JPEG: Ensure the file is saved at the highest quality, especially for photographs. Images should be 300 dpi or higher.
• EPS: A vector format suitable for logos and illustrations. Ensure all fonts are outlined.
• AI (Adobe Illustrator): Native vector format. Please convert fonts to outlines and embed any linked images.
• PSD (Adobe Photoshop): Save at a high resolution with layers flattened.
• For all files, ensure they are CMYK, not RGB, as this provides the best color accuracy for printing.
